Join legendary Yeastman and White Labs Founder/President Chris White for a post-collaboration Meet & Greet in the Front Bar; talk yeast blending, Lacto, Brett, attenuation, Pure-Pitch, yeast vaults and anything else that floccs your fancy.
We'll be launching Wheaty Brewing Corps 'Konvention' Kölsch on the night - fermented with White Labs WLP029 German Ale/ Kölsch Yeast - and you’ll also have the chance to win some White Labs bling!
