“Birbeck’s Brewing Company is a new craft beer brand in South Australia. Established by Jared Birbeck, an award winning home brewer, Birbeck’s Brewing Company is releasing its first beer, Four Brothers which is an Australian interpretation of an IPA. It showcases the Australian hop variety Stella (Ella) and at 5% and 40 IBU it is an approachable IPA that maintains the strong hop flavour and malt character of the style. Using two Australian base malts and two quality specialty malts the malt flavour is bready and toasty, while the five hop additions, including two dry hop additions, add spicy and citrusy hop flavours and aromas to offer a well balanced yet hoppy IPA.”
