Fearful Wiggings is the 2014 solo album from Australian Music Colourful Identity,  Dave Graney. The second album , out of roughly 28 in his career, to be billed as a solo recording. It's a "singer songwriter" styled recording after a run of upbeat, high energy releases over the last decade.

June 21st and 22nd (afternoon/evening show)  will see Dave Graney presenting music from this album and many others in his extensive songbook to music fans in Adelaide  at the Wheatsheaf  Hotel. He'll be playing the music with his band , the mistLY . FEARFUL WIGGINGS, an “art pop solo album” is on Cockaigne Records. CD and digital release via itunes and Bandcamp and in actual record shops. No vinyl. Dave collaborated with Clare Moore, UK folk guitar master Nick Harper and Lisa Gerard (Dead Can Dance) on the recording. Thirteen songs with the voice way up front, accompanied by minimalist settings of acoustic guitars, percussion and vibes. Lots of bounce, drama and wit. A very personal record. Each song in a world and time of it’s own. “A best of from the future” says Graney.  “everything is perfect in it’s beginning. Look into my shades. I’m the stranger in town.I know you can’t see me. Everything was legendary with Robert.Look,it’s the old Docklands Wheel! I was there. Man/Woman is the flower of the earth. Country roads, unwinding.  How can you get out of London? I was there. A woman skinnies a man up. …” FEARFUL WIGGINGS.
