"Craft Beer Rising is a national day celebrating our awesome Aussie beer world.
On February 22, 2014, The Crafty Pint is inviting brewers, venues and beer lovers to come together at their local breweries, bars and bottleshops to raise a glass or three of locally brewed beer in honour of the revolution sweeping the land."
We're going to play in our own backyard; turning over all thirteen of our Taps - including the Handpump & Glasshopper – to a combination of five South Australian Crafties and three Interstate Crafties with whom we've brewed collaboratively over the past year.
We'll be pouring:
Locals: Brewboys, Birbeck's, Lobethal Bierhaus, Mismatch & Smiling Samoyed. Ewan is brewing us a brighter, hoppier version of his Mismatch Archie's Red Ale specially for the day.
Co(llaborators): Moo Brew, Mountain Goat & Bridge Road. Moo Brew Heavyweight Jon Burridge will be on hand to add some chirp, Goat will represent on Tap and we’ll be pouring our last keg of Bridge Road/Wheaty Ohne Schuss Berliner Weisse alongside the recently kegged Whisky Sour (Schuss that’s been charged with Brettanomyces and spent the last 12 months in Whisk(e)y Barrels).
