Colonial Brewing Co Tap Showcase & Meet the Brewer!
Margaret River's Colonial Brewing have built their reputation on tight, clean, German-inspired beers over the last 12 years. Having just moved into their Port Melbourne site (the old Matilda Bay Brewery) and embraced 'flip-top' cans with a vengeance, we're going to be seeing a lot more of their bang-on beers - brewed on opposite ends of the country - and be all the better for it.
We'll be pouring:
- Pale Ale (Alt)
- Small Ale
- Astra Lager
- IPA
- Gary's Darkest Hour (Dark Wheat)
- Draught (Koelsch)
- Mission Brown
Come join the Colonials in the Front Bar for a Fancy and talk Altbier, technical brewing, QC, Koelsch, bookend breweries, flip-top cans and anything else that floats your boat.
Kegs tapped 4pm, on for as long as they last!
