Derbyshire’s Buxton Brewery is one of a new wave of English breweries seeking to ‘take back’ styles that the Colonials (especially the US) have made their own over the last 30-odd years, by cranking out their own versions of American versions of English beers. And they are indeed ‘making better beer’ very well, and that’s good news for us all...
