Beavertown are cranking big beers out of a tiny (650L) Brewery from little London town. And doing it all in a pretty unconventional manner : “We brew the beer on site at Duke's Pub opposite the Smokers, pass it through the Para-flow in the cellar, up into the back of the Beaver Wagon and into a 1000Ltr sanitized Bag. Schlep the wort across De Beauvoir to our all Fermenting, bottling, kegging and casking "Lock-Up" where we pitch the yeast, sit back and crack a brew. It's a pretty normal brew day...right?!?"
Two Birds Taco was such a popular one-off brew the Birds have been persuaded to brew it again. Inspired by their recent trip to Southern California, Taco (6% ABV) is a hoppy Wheat beer with coriander leaf, fresh lime peel and corn. "It's fresh, zesty and dangerously drinkable…”
